Blah!

That about sums up my week. I've felt like crap for most of the week. I've given in to food cravings (especially when coming home from work...I was starving this week). I've been tired. I haven't wanted to make dinner. And points?? What are those?
What do you get for all that? GAIN of 2 lbs.
Yuck. Why do I do this to myself? Has this gain made me change my ways today? I'll give you one guess...

It's okay Tara... hang in there. You will find your way again. You just need to have these weeks every now and again. You know you're still beautiful and at a healthy weight... once you're feeling it, you'll get back to that number you want!

Hopefully you are in for a relaxing weekend and can find yourself back on track some?
