Mission: Up the protein & fibre...

is underway!!! This evening I spent a few hours making black bean soup (3pts for a large serving), 1pt spinach and green onion omelettes, sundried tomato quinoa (2pts for 1/2c. serving) and cutting up pineapple and rationing out grapes.
Today's food was something like this:
B - ww bagel with egg beater stuff (3)
S- alphabit cereal with milk (3)
L- tuna (1) with salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing (2)
S- ww toast and cheez whiz (2)
D- parmesan crusted tilapia (3), quinoa (3), roasted balsamic cauliflower (0)
S- 1/4 c. chocolate covered raisins (4)
S- 100cal popcorn (1)
Yum! Tomorrow's food is shaping up to be pretty tasty looking too! I'll update you tomorrow :)

Your valeninte's flowers are GORGEOUS!!! What a great catch you're marrying!!!

It's so funny... I go to chapters at least once a week and look at the eat clean diet books... i've heard they're good. you'll have to let me know! i keep thinking i can't justify buying the books when i really SHOULD know how to eat 'clean'!!!

it sounds like you're back on track and you're motivating me!!! tonight is tae bo for an hour and then treadmill for an hour. i'll come back and update my blog AFTER i've accomplished these things (so i can report i have done them!).

how was shopping in ptbo? have we found THE dress???

haha... i am typing fast and didn't realize i SHOULD have typed VALENTINE'S flowers... not valeninte's flowers!!!
