This is getting serious...

tonight I measured my salad dressing!!! What is this world coming to? It's always something that I haven't really paid close attention to but it all adds up, right? So tonight for dinner, I had exactly 2tbsp. of dressing for 1 point. Go team!
As you may have guessed, the scale preview this AM was up a little. It's going to be close so I'm pulling out all the stops! I may even do some little excercises later while watching TV. I don't have blinds or curtains on my window so I feel a bit silly doing a workout video - we'll see!
Last night's snack was another muffin (1), and popcorn (4) - need to stay away from the sodium tonight though!!
Food today:
B- same (3)
L- hummus sandwich (1), celery/carrot sticks with dip (1), mushroom cup of soup (1), pudding (1), b. choc. chip muffin (1)
S- apple cinnamon tea (0), 8 melbas dipped in salsa (2)
D- pita pizza (the old faithful) - high protein pita (2) with sauce (1), yellow pepper, onion, hot pepper and pineapple with a sprinkle of feta (1), spinach and green apple salad with feta and 2 Tbsp. balsamic dressing (2), dessert = muffin (1)
S- more tea? + ???

Your food looks soooooo good!!!! We should open a WW catering business together! Imagine catering a wedding with a WW menu? We could have a menu with the points listed (for people who might care)! Although... WW and points are trademarked so we'd have to come up with our own equivalent symbol... like stars or something! Ahhh... dare to dream.

I don't blame you for staying away from the sodium tonight... I do the same on Wednesdays.

Go ahead and exercise... your neighbours might appreciate the entertainment (if they are so bored that they are watching you through your window that is!).

Good luck tomorrow!!!!

Back to add... I'm not sure if he reads the comments, I'll ask him (Alex)!

The wasabi peas can feel pretty hot if you eat lot's of them... you can buy them at the bulk barn if you just wanted to try a few... i think they're around the yogurt covered peanuts and stuff (in oshawa they are anyway). i have found conflicting information about how many points they are... it's either 1/4c or 1/2c for 2pts... i have to look into that more. apparently 32g is 2pts... so, i'll have to weigh them when i buy more (because i will buy more! very crunchy and a nice bite to them!)

oh my gosh it's midnight and i just finished baking... 6 hours it took me!! i made chocolate chip cookies and popcorn balls (grandma pearl's recipe!)... plus packaged them. i'm baking them because i'm on the accreditation team (we get accredited just like hospitals do... only we're through children's mental health ontario)... so i baked this stuff to hand out to everyone in the durham program to raise awareness of accreditation coming up in may (i'm attaching a little note to each of them once i'm at work tomorrow)...

i ended up eating 3 cookies... but i swear i burned that many calories just in the standing and baking in the kitchen alone!!

i hope you are asleep right now and have a GREAT WI tomorrow!
