What is the right decision when your mom has you over for breakfast and makes you homemade waffles??? Tara's answer - EAT 2!! It was one of those situations where breakfast was breakfast AND lunch so maybe that minimized the damage but I have no idea how many points they are! Anyway, weekend is over and while there may have been some indulgences, it shouldn't break the bank, so to speak.
Activity = 30 min run on Friday + 5K run on Sunday + dog walking tonight (walk/run intervals!!)
Food for Monday:
B- steel cut oats (2) topped with 9 choc. chips (0!!)
L- Spinach salad with cuke, green pepper, balsamic vinegar (0) topped with 1/3c. tabuli ie. couscous type salad thing (2), cottage cheese (1), yogurt/fruit/cereal (3)
S- timbit (1), V8 plus (0)
D- pasta surprise! = ww pasta (6), green pepper, broccoli, grape tomatoes, spinach, sliced up veggie burger (2) in tomato sauce (0)
S- cukes and vinegar (0), celery and light cheez whiz (2)

Mmmmm... I could go for waffles right now. Waffles at your parents' cottage sounds nice! I'm sure your jogging negates the waffles. I hope Cooper could keep up with you tonight!
Did you make the tabuli?? I LOVE that stuff!! Your pasta surprise sounds good too.
It's funny we both had cukes in vinegar and cottage cheese today!!
I think our weeks are starting out well! I'm optimistic we can keep it up :)
