You would think...

that the night before weigh would be easier. You know, extra motivation to be good so that your true effort shows on the scale. Why is it that I cannot get food out of my brain tonight? I'm guessing it has something to do with a frustrating day at work but still!! It's going to take all that I have to behave myself. Here's hoping it works!
Food today:
B- cheesecake oats (2)
L- hummus sandwich (2), cottage cheese (1), fruit/yogurt/cereal combo (3)
S- 2 rye crackers (1) topped with chili sauce (0 but there was alot of sodium in it!) 1/2c. cereal and milk (2)
D- pita pizza (4) and spinach salad with sauteed red onion and mushrooms in balsamic vinegar (0)
S- sugar cone (1), fruit bites (3)

Happy weigh in day tomorrow :)

hang in there Tara!!! You can do it! I think I obsess about food on Wednesday because I already can't wait for my 'cheat night' tomorrow!! It will be so worth it to push through tonight, be happy with your results tomorrow knowing you did all you can do... and then reward yourself tomorrow with your 'high calorie day' (as they say on BL). Maybe use crystal light and gum to cope?

You can do it!!! YOu've worked so hard this week... I can't wait to see your results!!!

you are TORTURING yourself by watching the food network!!! but... i don't blame you. I love it!! I watch "fixing dinner" every morning at 7:30 just after i'm done my jog and out of the shower...

i am buying steel cut oats this weekend and making them ahead like you do!! Can i ask what kind you buy? You add brown sugar splenda and cinnamon, right? (aside from when you make it cheesecake oats!!).

I am starting to feel hungry myself... but am resisting!!! I don't feel optimistic for tomorrow... but I'll wait and see what the day brings. maybe a walk at lunch is in order.

I'm glad you like the crystal light! I gave Michele a box of cherry limeade for christmas and forgot to tell her they are from the states... she went crazy looking for it at walmart (since it's the walmart brand name)!!

You might have larabars in Loblaws now... Alex decided to get his parents onto them (it's diabetic friendly!)... he got them at loblaws in pickering (3 for $5 as well!).

Keep hangin' in there... your weigh in is only a few hours of sleeping away... and tomorrow you can enjoy those baked dill pickle chips... they are tooooo good!!!

Maybe I should stop taking up all of YOUR space :)

I LOVE iron chef (and chicken... and watched the end of it last night!). I think if I went on I would challenge Bobby Flay as well... I like him.

Thanks for the info... I'm going to add the oats to my shopping list for this weekend!!

Hopefully you find larabars in town soon (I saw Joanne's in Ptbo has them according to the website... surely the big L has them too!).

Good luck today! I am up... I know this already (grrr... feminine gastro/bloated issues suck, but what can you do)... I'm just hoping to minimize the damage between my jog this morning and the constant shaking of my leg while at my desk to try to burn calories... i am desperate!! haha :)
