AGAIN! This cold is nothing like the November cold I had after the wedding I went to. That one may have been the worst cold of my life. This one is more of just a sinus cold and sneeze attack...but still crappy nonetheless!
In keeping with Jen's idea to track what I have eaten and move on:
B - 2 pieces of pizza!
S- aero single (1), pomegrante (didn't like it though so didn't eat much!)
That's all so far. I really need some groceries but I'm not sure if I can convince myself to leave the house at this point. We'll see how the rest of the day goes.

oh crap.. that sucks you're sick (thank GOD it's not like november... that was hell for you. standing out in that freaking line at customs didn't help though!).
i'm glad you posted what you had... and that you were honest!! the truth shall set you free you know!!! haha!
i know it's so hard when you feel you're off track. i swear, it only takes 1 decision that you feel guilty about to just throw off the rest of your points... (if you even continue to count them beyond that 1 bad choice), and then it's just so hard to recover. but we've just GOT to! and we can do it!!!
oh crap... i have to tell you... when i came home with jess and her mom from the US today we pulled up to the booth to claim what we bought and who shall be working the booth? remember the guy who kept walking around and talking to everyone when we were standing in line that night... he was lecturing us on how we shouldn't shop in the states? HE WAS OUR BORDER BOOTH GUY!!! i just knew the MINUTE we saw him we were going to pay duty on our GROCERIES! (that was literally all we had... jess' wedding dress wasn't even with us because she has to go back for it). I paid a whopping $8 on duty. at least we didn't have to wait in line. the guy who figured out how much i had to pay was the exact same guy who i had do that last time! AND they had so many border agent/officer people sitting around inside with nothing to do that they searched everyone's freaking vehicles!!! (everyone who got pulled over at least). that border is something else I tell you!!
anyway, cheers to a good week and all the great choices you will make and all the great treadmill minutes i will get under my belt!!!! here's to me being closer to my goal weight and you getting down to that goal you've set for yourself!! (with all that wiggle room!)
OOOH... i saw the dress. that's so funny - the one you picked out is the exact other one i like!!!! my plan is to lose as much weight as possible and then try them both on once i'm closer to the time in march when i have to order it!!
