Why is it so hard to put everything together? One week = good activity. Next week = good food. If the sequence continues then next week should = good activity and good food, right? Yeah, let's go with that. We shall aim for that.
Breakfast and lunch today was the same as yesterday.
S - cottage cheese (2), V8 (1)
D - Veggie dog (2) on whole wheat bun (3) with 4 perogies (3) and salad (0)
S - Aero single (2), hot chocolate? (1)
Maybe I'll have more water too...combat that sodium!

one step at a time and it will all come together! it's just hard to get back at it after the holidays... but we are doing it!!! it was the same for me last year and is the same this year... and it will likely be hard next year too! (but we'll be at goal weight so who the hell cares?? haha!)
as for the hot chocolate... i bought singles packets in the states of this swiss miss fat free hot chocolate - it is goooood! note to us for when we go back - have to buy it!!!
i see you didn't eat soup and dill pickles tonight. i bet you'll be happy about that decision tomorrow morning!

As for friday - call in sick! you deserve it after the time you've had lately!! and i have the day off, so why shouldn't you get the day off too?? my day keeps getting busier though. what was gonig to be a day on the couch/treadmill is now turning into cleaning, running errands and shopping... finding an outfit to wear to an engagement party (what do you WEAR to those things? i've never had one before!), then out to a sushi buffet dinner and home to watch superbad (the movie out on dvd now).
aren't you glad you can keep track of me on OUR day off now? haha!
just checking in from work to see how you did today. i have a good feeling!!
also, don't forget to call in sick tomorrow. let them figure out how to function without you. maybe they'll appreciate you more afterwards!!
