What is wrong with me???

Today has been BAD. Very, very bad. I have absolutely no idea how many points I have eaten. Tomorrow I will be back on track. I have packed my breakfast and lunch and plan on running no matter how slushy/rainy/icy/snowy/blizzardy it is. NO excuses.
Tomorrow will be a better day. There is no option.

Tomorrow will be better! I do totally understand though... it's hard to break the habits we pick up during the holidays... and must be hard for you with all these parties you're going to! you're doing far better than I could!

Once you get your eating back on track you'll feel much better... and running will fall back into place!
