maybe 9K today was not such a good idea. It was extremely humid. I'm not sure that I've ever been so sweaty! OK, that's probably too much information! And on top of all that, my foot is hurting...I think it's time for some new shoes. I love new shoes :)

I think you did AWESOME this weekend... running freaking 9K in this heat? Between the cardio and the SWEAT - I'm sure you worked off this year's thanksgiving dinner... and all the previous years' dinners as well!!!
